Gift Hamper Prices in Pakistan

A gift hamper is the answer when one thing on its own does not feel like enough. It is also the gift people most often get wrong, because they either overspend on one item or spread a budget so thin that nothing in the box stands out.

This page is what a hamper actually costs in Pakistan, what goes in one, and what you get at each budget. Prices here are ours and they are real. Everything is made in our own workroom and delivered by our own riders in Lahore and Gujranwala.

What Goes in a Hamper

Most of what we send is built from four things. Any three of them make a hamper that feels complete.

• A cake. Usually a Layers Bakeshop signature at 2.5 lb, Rs 2,899 to Rs 5,399 depending on flavour, presented in a decorated box rather than the bakery carton.
• A flower bouquet. From Rs 2,999 for six roses or three sunflowers, upwards from there by stem count and wrap.
• A printed card carrying your own words, Rs 299. This is the part people skip and then regret, because it is the only bit of the gift that is actually from you.
• Snacks or chocolates. From Rs 2,999 for a snack bouquet, more for a full basket.

The presentation box matters more than people expect. A clear decorated PVC box is Rs 999 and it is the difference between a gift that gets photographed and one that gets carried in from the car.

What a Hamper Costs

Two ways to buy. Built to order from the parts above, or a ready made hamper off the shelf.

Built to order

• Rs 4,200 to Rs 6,700. Layers cake, decorated box and printed card.
• Rs 7,200 to Rs 11,200. The above plus a flower bouquet.
• Rs 10,200 to Rs 14,200. The above plus snacks or chocolates.

Worth being straight about this: the three part hamper with a cake, a bouquet and a card sits comfortably under Rs 10,000. Add snacks on top and you are at Rs 10,200 at the very lowest and more typically Rs 11,000 to Rs 12,000. If Rs 10,000 is a hard ceiling, the honest answer is three things done well rather than four things stretched thin.

Ready made

Across the 240 hampers we keep made up, the spread is Rs 2,999 to Rs 60,199 with the median at Rs 12,899. In practice:

• Under Rs 5,000. A single well presented item, an accessories box or a small balloon and gift box.
• Rs 5,000 to Rs 10,000. 61 hampers. A proper mix of chocolates and snacks, or a cake with one other thing.
• Rs 10,000 to Rs 15,000. 87 hampers, the most ordered band. Enough for a household rather than a person.
• Rs 15,000 to Rs 25,000. 61 hampers. Trays and wooden hampers that sit out on a table.
• Above Rs 25,000. 21 hampers. Display pieces for Eid, a wedding or an office.

Which Hamper Suits Which Occasion

Birthday. Cake first, then build around it. The card carries the message, the bouquet does the presentation.

Anniversary. Flowers lead here rather than the cake. A bouquet with chocolates and a written card reads better than a cake with a name piped on it.

Congratulations, a new job or an exam result. Snacks and chocolates share better than a cake in an office, where the gift gets opened in front of people who will all want some.

Get well soon. Keep it light. Flowers and fruit rather than a heavy chocolate hamper, and a card that says something rather than just a name.

An apology. The card is the whole gift. Everything else is packaging for it, so spend the time on the words and let us print them properly rather than sending a gift with no note.

A new baby. The hamper is for the parents as much as the baby, so something they can actually eat at 3 am is kinder than another set of clothes.

Ordering and Lead Time

Ready made hampers go out the same day when you order before 3 PM. A Layers signature carries no design work so it moves at the same speed. A custom cake, fresh flower work or anything personalised needs a day. Tell us the date on WhatsApp and we will tell you honestly what is possible rather than promising and failing.

Delivery is free above Rs 9,999 within 8 km of our Lahore branch and 5 km of our Gujranwala branch, measured by the driving route. Midnight delivery is Rs 999 extra, ordered at least six hours ahead.
