Frequently Asked Questions
Yes, Send My Gift has a gift shop in Township. Our Lahore branch is at 555-B2 Abu Bakar Road, and every Lahore order, whether it is going to Gulberg or to Bahria Town, is packed and sent out from here. For anyone living in Township that makes us very close: the sectors we measured are 0.5 to 2.8 km from the shop by road.
Collecting From the Shop
Pickup is available. Place the order on the website or on WhatsApp, then message us to agree a time to collect it. The Rs 4,999 minimum order applies to pickup too. Collecting suits a gift you want to hand over yourself, or a surprise you would rather carry in than have a rider ring the bell.
Delivery Charge in Township
All of Township is well inside our 8 km free zone, so the rule is simple: delivery is free on orders above Rs 9,999 and Rs 999 below that. These are the road distances we measured from the shop:
| Township sector | Road distance from our branch | Order up to Rs 9,999 | Order above Rs 9,999 |
|---|---|---|---|
| Sector B2 and Sector B1, around Township Market | 0.7 to 1.2 km | Rs 999 | Free |
| Sector A2, including Hamdard Chowk | 0.5 to 1.9 km | Rs 999 | Free |
| Sector A1 | 1.7 km | Rs 999 | Free |
| Sector C1 and Sector D | 2.0 to 2.1 km | Rs 999 | Free |
| Sector C2 | 2.4 to 2.8 km | Rs 999 | Free |
Finding the Right Sector
Township is laid out in sectors, A1 to D, with numbered blocks inside each one, so the sector and block matter more than the road name. A landmark helps the rider too. Township Market on Al Madina Road in Sector B1 is 0.9 km from the shop, and Hamdard Chowk on Ali Road in Sector A2 is 1.9 km. Give the sector, the block, the house number and the recipient's phone number.
