Delivery Policy

1Delivery Charges

Delivery is free on orders above Rs 9,999 within 8 km of our Lahore branch and within 5 km of our Gujranwala branch, measured by the actual driving route rather than straight line distance. Below that, delivery inside those distances is Rs 999. Beyond them, delivery is Rs 100 per km for the whole trip from our branch, with a minimum of Rs 999 on orders up to Rs 9,999, calculated from the address. We confirm the exact amount with you on WhatsApp before your order is finalised, so nothing is added after you have agreed the price. The minimum order for gifts is Rs 4,999, and the delivery charge does not count toward it.

2Delivery Areas

We deliver across both cities and their main residential areas:

Covered is not the same as free. Areas further out, including DHA, Bahria Town, Gulberg and Garden Town in Lahore and Model Town, Wapda Town, Civil Lines and the Cantt in Gujranwala, sit beyond the free driving distance, so delivery there carries a charge worked out from the route. If you are unsure whether your area is covered, or what the charge to it would be, please confirm at the time of ordering via WhatsApp before placing the order. We will always be upfront about coverage.

3Delivery Timings & Slots

We operate a single open delivery window each day. No specific time slot selection is available, so your order will be delivered anytime within the window on your chosen date.

4Same Day Delivery

Same day delivery is available only on Layers cakes, local rose and sunflower bouquets, chocolate gifts, flower boxes, snack gifts, accessories gifts and some balloon boxes, placed and confirmed before 3:00 PM on the same day, subject to availability. Everything else needs more notice. The following conditions apply:

• Order must be confirmed via WhatsApp before 3:00 PM. Inquiry alone does not count as confirmation.
• Same day delivery is subject to rider availability and order volume on that day.
• Custom orders, such as custom cakes and personalised items, take 2 to 3 days and are not eligible for same day delivery.
• Gift hampers, money bouquets, mixed and premium bouquets and cake boxes need 2 to 3 days and are not eligible for same day delivery.
• In peak season (Eid, Valentine's Day and wedding season), same day delivery may not be available, so please book 3 to 5 days ahead.

5Midnight Delivery

Midnight delivery is available for customers who want their gift to arrive as a late night surprise, great for birthdays, anniversaries, and romantic occasions.

• Delivery window: 10:00 PM to 12:00 AM.
• Order by 3:00 PM on the delivery day.
• Midnight delivery charge: a flat Rs 999, whatever the package size.
• The recipient or someone at the delivery address must be available to receive the order. Midnight delivery is attempted once only.
• Available on both standard and customized orders, subject to production readiness.

6Advance & Scheduled Orders

You can place orders up to 14 days in advance. This is recommended for:

• Customized and personalized gift boxes that require production time.
• Special occasions with a fixed date (weddings, birthdays, anniversaries).
• Eid, Valentine’s Day, and other peak seasons where same day availability cannot be guaranteed.

Advance orders are confirmed via WhatsApp and locked in with the agreed delivery date. Changes to the delivery date can be made up to 24 hours before the scheduled date at no charge.

7Failed & Missed Deliveries

We make one delivery attempt. Please ensure the recipient or an authorized person is available to receive the order at the delivery address. The following apply in case of delivery failure:

• If the recipient is not available, we call you, the sender, to agree who can receive the gift at the same address. If nobody can be reached inside the delivery window, we bring the gift back and message you the same evening.
• Fresh flowers, cakes and food items cannot be held overnight, so these are not eligible for redelivery or a refund once the attempt has been made.
• Everything else can be redelivered on the next available date at an additional rider cost, which we confirm with you before we send it out again.
• Send My Gift is not responsible for failed delivery resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided at the time of order.
• If the recipient refuses to accept the delivery, no refund will be issued.

8Peak Season & Busy Days

On peak gifting days, delivery volumes increase significantly and standard timelines may be affected. Please book 3 to 5 days ahead for Eid, Valentine’s Day and wedding season. These are our busiest dates:

• Eid ul Fitr & Eid ul Adha
• Valentine’s Day (February 14)
• Mother’s Day (second Sunday of May)
• Wedding season (October to December, March to April)
• New Year’s Eve

During these periods, same day delivery may be unavailable and midnight delivery slots fill quickly. We will communicate any changes to standard timelines via our WhatsApp broadcast and Instagram stories.

9Delivery by Our Own Team

All deliveries are handled directly by our own riders, one team in Lahore and one in Gujranwala. We do not use outside courier services for local deliveries. This means:

• Your gift is handled carefully from packing to doorstep by people who are part of the Send My Gift team.
• Our rider can coordinate directly with the recipient via phone call or WhatsApp if needed.
• We send you photos and a video of your gift on WhatsApp before it goes out.

10Order Tracking

We do not offer automated order tracking. Before your gift goes out, we send you photos and a video of it on WhatsApp. For a status update, message us on WhatsApp with the sender name or your order details, 12 PM to 8 PM. See Track Your Order for how it works.

11Pickup From Our Branches

Prefer to collect? Pick up from our Lahore or Gujranwala branch. Message us on WhatsApp to arrange a time. The Rs 4,999 minimum order applies to pickup orders too.
