1Delivery charges

Send My Gift offers free delivery on all orders across Lahore and Gujranwala — no minimum order value, no hidden delivery fee. The price you see is the price you pay.

Free delivery applies to standard orders within our covered areas. Midnight delivery carries an additional charge based on package size, confirmed at the time of order.

2Delivery areas

We deliver across both cities and their main residential areas:

Lahore

All major localities, housing societies, and residential areas including DHA, Bahria Town, Gulberg, Model Town, Johar Town, Iqbal Town, Wapda Town, Garden Town, and surrounding areas within Lahore city limits.

Gujranwala

All main residential colonies and areas within Gujranwala city including Satellite Town, Peoples Colony, Trust Colony, Officers Colony, and surrounding areas within Gujranwala city limits.

If you are unsure whether your area is covered, please confirm at the time of ordering via WhatsApp before placing the order. We will always be upfront about coverage.

Deliveries are not available between the two cities. Lahore orders are fulfilled from Lahore; Gujranwala orders are fulfilled from Gujranwala.

3Delivery timings & slots

We operate a single open delivery window each day. No specific time slot selection is available — your order will be delivered anytime within the window on your chosen date.

11:00 AM – 8:00 PM, Sunday to Friday. Delivered anytime within this window on your selected date.

Same-day delivery

Available when order is placed and confirmed before 12:00 PM on the delivery date. Subject to slot availability.

Midnight delivery

11:00 PM – 1:00 AM. Available on request for birthdays, anniversaries, and special surprises. Charge depends on package size — confirmed at order time.

We do not offer guaranteed timed delivery within the standard window (e.g. “by 5 PM”). If timing is critical for a surprise, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate — but this cannot be guaranteed.

4Same-day delivery

Same-day delivery is available for standard (non-customized) orders placed and confirmed before 12:00 PM on the same day. The following conditions apply:

  • Order must be confirmed via WhatsApp before 12:00 PM — inquiry alone does not count as confirmation.
  • Same-day delivery is subject to rider availability and order volume on that day.
  • Customized or personalized orders require a minimum of 24–48 hours production time and are not eligible for same-day delivery.
  • On high-demand days (Eid, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day), same-day delivery may not be available. We will notify you at the time of inquiry.

5Midnight delivery

Midnight delivery is available for customers who want their gift to arrive as a late-night surprise — perfect for birthdays, anniversaries, and romantic occasions.

  • Delivery window: 11:00 PM – 1:00 AM.
  • Must be booked at least 6 hours in advance (i.e. order confirmed by 5:00 PM on the delivery day).
  • Midnight delivery charge: Rs. 500 – Rs. 1,000 depending on package size. The exact amount is confirmed at the time of order.
  • The recipient or someone at the delivery address must be available to receive the order. Midnight delivery is attempted once only.
  • Available on both standard and customized orders, subject to production readiness.
To book midnight delivery, mention it clearly when placing your order on WhatsApp so we can confirm availability and the applicable charge before finalizing.

6Advance & scheduled orders

You can place orders up to 14 days in advance. This is recommended for:

  • Customized and personalized gift boxes that require production time.
  • Special occasions with a fixed date (weddings, birthdays, anniversaries).
  • Eid, Valentine’s Day, and other peak seasons where same-day availability cannot be guaranteed.

Advance orders are confirmed via WhatsApp and locked in with the agreed delivery date. Changes to the delivery date can be made up to 24 hours before the scheduled date at no charge.

7Failed & missed deliveries

Delivery is attempted once. Please ensure the recipient or an authorized person is available to receive the order at the delivery address. The following apply in case of delivery failure:

  • If the recipient is unavailable and no alternative arrangement was communicated, the order will be considered delivered on that attempt.
  • Re-delivery, if possible, will be arranged at an additional rider cost.
  • Send My Gift is not responsible for failed delivery resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided at the time of order.
  • If the recipient refuses to accept the delivery, no refund will be issued.
For surprise deliveries, please ensure a family member or building receptionist is available at the address even if the recipient is not aware. Let us know on WhatsApp so our rider can coordinate.

8Peak season & high-demand days

On peak gifting days, delivery volumes increase significantly and standard timelines may be affected. We recommend booking at least 2–3 days in advance for the following occasions:

  • Eid ul Fitr & Eid ul Adha
  • Valentine’s Day (February 14)
  • Mother’s Day (second Sunday of May)
  • Wedding season (October – December, March – April)
  • New Year’s Eve

During these periods, same-day delivery may be unavailable and midnight delivery slots fill quickly. We will communicate any changes to standard timelines via our WhatsApp broadcast and Instagram stories.

9Delivery by our own team

All deliveries are handled directly by our in-house riders — one team in Lahore and one in Gujranwala. We do not use third-party courier services for local deliveries. This means:

  • Your gift is handled carefully from packing to doorstep by people who are part of the Send My Gift team.
  • Our rider can coordinate directly with the recipient via phone call or WhatsApp if needed.
  • Real-time delivery updates can be shared on WhatsApp upon request.

10Order tracking

We do not currently offer automated order tracking. However, once your order is out for delivery, our team will send you a WhatsApp message with an estimated delivery update. You can also message us at any time during the delivery window to get a status update on your order.
