Pakistan time is UTC+5 all year, with no daylight saving. Pick where you are sending from and we show the cutoff and delivery windows in your own time, including the clock changes in the UK and Europe on 25 October and in the US and Canada on 1 November.

The same cutoff applies to midnight delivery. Northern winter times apply from 25 October in the UK and Europe and from 1 November in the US and Canada.

Pay from Abroad
Pay by Wise, Remitly or bank transfer. We confirm the exact amount in rupees first.
See It, Then We Deliver
We send you photos and a video on WhatsApp before your gift goes out, then deliver it to the door.
Paying from Abroad
All our prices are in Pakistani rupees. Once you confirm your order on WhatsApp, we send you our account details and the exact rupee total. You pay 50 percent in advance to book, by Wise, Remitly or a transfer from your own bank, and the remaining 50 percent once you receive the photos and video of your gift, before it goes out for delivery. Orders for delivery the same day or the next day are paid in full to book. We confirm each payment before we prepare your gift.

Delivery Areas and Charges
- We deliver in Lahore and Gujranwala only, not in Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi or other cities.
- Standard delivery is between 3 PM and 8 PM. Midnight delivery is between 10 PM and 12 AM for Rs 999 extra.
- Delivery is free above Rs 9,999 within 8 km by road of our Lahore branch or 5 km of our Gujranwala branch. Below that it is Rs 999 inside the zone. Outside the free zone, delivery is Rs 100 per km for the whole trip from our branch, with a minimum of Rs 999 on orders up to Rs 9,999.
- Charges on Eid and other public holidays may differ.
- We make one delivery attempt. If the recipient is not available, we call you to agree who can receive the gift at the same address. Fresh flowers, cakes and food cannot be held overnight.

How do I pay from abroad without a Pakistani bank account?
Pay by Wise, Remitly or a transfer from your own bank. Once you confirm your order on WhatsApp we send our account details and the exact amount in rupees, and we confirm your payment before we prepare the gift. We do not take card payments or PayPal, and there is no cash on delivery.
What currency are your prices in?
All prices are in Pakistani rupees. Visitors abroad may see an approximate amount in their own currency next to a price. It is only a guide: we confirm the exact rupee total on WhatsApp before you pay, and your transfer service sets the exchange rate.
What time do I need to order for same day delivery from my country?
Order by 3 PM Pakistan time, which is UTC+5 all year. That is 10 AM in the UK in winter and 11 AM in summer, 2 PM in the UAE, 1 PM in Saudi Arabia, and 5 AM in New York in winter or 6 AM in summer, so from North America it is easiest to order the evening before. Delivery is then between 3 PM and 8 PM Pakistan time.
Which gifts can be delivered the same day?
Chocolate bouquets, boxes and baskets, local red rose bouquets and sunflowers, flower boxes, Layers cakes, snack bouquets, baskets and boxes, some balloon boxes (look for the Delivers Today badge), and accessories bouquets, boxes and baskets. Same day is always subject to availability. Gift hampers, premium and mixed bouquets, money bouquets, cake boxes, custom theme cakes and baby hampers take 2 to 3 days, and imported roses are by advance booking.
Can you deliver at midnight?
Yes. Midnight delivery arrives between 10 PM and 12 AM Pakistan time and costs Rs 999 on top of the normal delivery charge. Midnight orders also need to be placed by 3 PM Pakistan time on the day.
Will I see the gift before it is delivered?
Yes. We send you photos and a video of your gift on WhatsApp before it goes out for delivery.
What happens if the recipient is not home?
We make one delivery attempt. If the recipient is not available, we call you to agree who can receive the gift at the same address. Fresh flowers, cakes and food cannot be held overnight, so tell us a time when someone will be home.
Can I keep the price a secret?
Yes. No price tags inside the gift. Your recipient sees the gift and, if you add one, a printed card with your message for Rs 199.
Which cities do you deliver to?
Lahore and Gujranwala only. We do not deliver to Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi or other cities. The minimum order is Rs 4,999, and delivery is free above Rs 9,999 within 8 km by road of our Lahore branch or 5 km of our Gujranwala branch.
What if something is wrong with my order?
Send us photos on WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery. After checking, we replace the item, give store credit or refund you, depending on what went wrong.
